Kuito — The government of the central Bié province honoured this weekend in Kuito district 12 physicians from Cuban and Russian nationality, for their contribution to medical assistance provided in that region.
The homage happened during a dinner offered by the provincial government in recognition of the work carried by the physicians that ended their mission in Bié province.
At the occasion, the deputy governor of Bié for political and social matters, Afonso Jorge Chipoia Assafe, recognised the efforts of the physicians in medically assisting the population of the province.
