Talent Management Programs Officer Jobs in Ghana

Newmont Ghana Gold Limited a subsidiary of Newmont Mining Corporation, one of the World’s largest gold mining companies.

The successful candidate will report to the Regional Manager Talent and Career and will coordinate the achievement of quality Regional Talent Management Results and Operational Excellence with the Global Talent Management tools and standards.

Essential Duties:

• Champion the implementation and Success of the Regional Emerging Talent Program to meet the global and corporate standard as well as regional requirements
• Support implementation of performance management activities
• Conduct on-the-job follow ups and coaching for participants of leadership development, supervisory and business skills in training programs
• Ensure Staff Individual Individual Development Programs (IDPs) are implemented through training assistance

Required Skills or Experience

• A degree or professional qualification in Management, Human Resource or Social Science
• Ability to train and coach knowledge of relevant health and safety legislative requirement
• Experience working in a training environment
• Excellent communications, interpersonal and computer skills
