Sebastien Larsson is looking to find a club for next season after returning from international duty.

The Swedish midfielder left Birmingham City when his contract expired after their relegation from the Premier League and is looking to remain in the top-flight.

He told Fotbollskanalen: “I will contact my agent in the next couple of days to see what alternatives I have.

“

But now its time to get things rolling and we will see what happens.”

Larsson has been linked with several clubs in the Premier League, including Sunderland Newcastle and Arsenal. Stoke and Blackburn are also reportedly interested in the 25 year-old.

Larsson seemed indifferent about rumours linking him with a return to the Emirates Stadium, saying:

“It’s the club that partly raised me, but a rumour is just a rumour.”

Larsson joined Arsenal as a 16 year-old in 2001 but made only 12 first-team appearances before joining Birmingham on loan in 2006.

After impressing for the Blues, Larsson made the deal permanent a year later, signing for £1 million.

In five seasons at St. Andrews, Larsson has suffered three relegations but enjoyed two promotions in 2007 and 2009. In total he made 205 appearances and scored 25 goals for the Blues.

He made his international debut in 2008 and has scored once in 30 appearances for Sweden.
