Luanda — The Angolan head of State, José Eduardo dos Santos, Monday in Luanda, received in audience the Mozambican Parliament speaker, Verónica Macano Dlhovo.

The Mozambican MP who would not speak to the press at the end of the audience is since Friday in Luanda for a five-day official visit to Angola.

During her stay in the country she will also attend the 29th Plenary Session of the Southern Africa Development Community (SADC) Parliamentary Forum taking place in southern Huila province.

She visited Sunday the northern Bengo province’s Icolo Ibengo district, the homeland of Angolan first and late president, Antonio Agostinho Neto.

Veronica Macano Dlhovo urged the youth to respect and preserve as a legacy the most sublime values left by several heroes of the motherland, such as president Agostinho Neto.
