President Dismisses Ambassador to Zambia

    Luanda — The Angolan head of State, José Eduardo dos Santos, Thursday, here, dismissed the Angolan extraordinary ad plenipotentiary ambassador to neighbouring Zambia, Pedro de Morais Neto.

    This was released this Thursday, in Luanda, by the Secretary for Institutional Communication and Press Affairs of the Civil House of the Presidency of the Republic.

    Pedro de Morais Neto started working as ambassador in January 17, 2008, when he presented his credential to the late Zambian head of State, Levy Patrick Mwana-Wasa.

    Pedro Neto might become the chairperson of the Angolan Football Federation (FAF), since he is one of the candidates to the elections, planned for next 16 June.
