Huambo — Women in Huambo province were urged on Sunday by the Catholic archbishop, Dom Jose de Queiroz Alves, to follow the example of Mary, mother of Jesus, in the education of their children in order to honour the families.
The archbishop was speaking at the mass celebrating Good Shepherd Sunday (May 15), when it was also celebrated the International Families Day.
He indicated that the mother patience, caring and good examples make your family be blessed and for that there need to have patience.
In his pastoral visit to the church of “Nossa Senhora de Fatima”, Jose de Queiroz Alves, gave the sacrament of confirmation of 43 people, including adolescents, young people and adults.
