Kuito — The secretary general of the ruling MPLA party, Julião Mateus Paulo “Dino Matrosse”, Thursday recognised the significant progress being recorded in central Bié province related to the social and economic living standards of the local population.
Speaking to the press, “Dino Matrosse” attributed the rapid growth to the implementation and execution of the social and economic programmes by the provincial and central government.
The MPLA official said that the improvements are recorded in construction and reconstruction of the new infrastructures.
As an example, he mentioned the rehabilitation of roads, bridges, distribution of agriculture equipment, among other actions.
Julião Mateus Paulo “Dino Matrosse noted the improved conditions are the result of the commitment of the Angolan government led by the president José Eduardo dos Santos.
