Hosts Mvara Secondary School will bank on home support in a bid to eliminate Luwero’s Nakaseke International and reach the Copa Coca-Cola quarterfinals today.
Mvara made the second round as runners-up in Group B behind Yale High School but they cannot easily be branded underdogs even though they are taking on Group A’s top seed.
Although shaky in defence, the home team has relied on wonderful support from huge crowds to record two come-from-behind victories in the preliminaries.
In their last group game on Monday, they also rallied to record a 1-all draw with a tough Yale side.
The Mvara-Yale fixture could, however, be overshadowed by the hugely anticipated clash between Kampala champions Old Kampala and Wakiso’s Standard High School-Zzana.
