Luanda — Equatorial Guinean Minister of Security, Nicolas Obama Nchama, ended on Wednesday his three-day visit to Angola.
During his stay in Angola, Nicolas Obama Nchama signed a protocol on security and public order with the Angolan Ministry of Interior.
The Guinean official, who arrived in Luanda on Sunday, highlighted the need of strengthening the co-operation between the two ministries, in the ambit of the existing relations among both countries and peoples.
The documents, which were signed by the Angolan Interior Minister, Sebastião Martins and his Guinean counterpart, aim at consolidating the stable and regular bilateral co-operation.
At Luanda’s 4 de Fevereiro Internationl Airport, Nicolas Obama Nchama was bid farewell by the Interior Deputy Minister, Angêlo Vieigas and senior officers of the Ministry of Interior and Angolan National Police (PNA).
In Luanda, Nicholas Obama Nchama was received in audience by the Angolan President, José Eduardo dos Santos, to whom he handed over a letter from the Guinean head of state, Teodoro Nguema.
