A Federal High Court presided over by Justice Salisu Garuba in Abuja, has ordered the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) to reinstate Drs. Charles Nzelu and Jerry Oguzia to the positions they held prior to the restructuring of the organization. People.com :    What’s round and cute and shiny all over? Jake Gyllenhaal‘s head! The actor, who usually flaunts quite a head of hair, was recently spotted on the Los Angeles set of his new film, End of Watch, with a totally shaved head.

His rep tells PEOPLE that he did indeed lose his locks for the role, in which he and The Lincoln Lawyer‘s Michael Peña play devoted cops.

This isn’t the first time Gyllenhaal has shaved his head for a film — he did the same for 2005′s Jarhead — but considering we saw him earlier this month with all of his hair (not to mention a full mustache and beard), it certainly was a quick change. We think the actor looks cute no matter what, but we want to know what you think.
