Cross Keys Scrum-half Amy Day will win her 20th Wales cap against Ireland

Wales women make three changes to their side that lost to Italy for Sunday’s Six Nations clash against Ireland.

Amy Day replaces Laura Prosser at scrum-half in the only change to Wales’ back-line after the 12-8 loss to Italy.

Hooker Rhian Bowden is also in for Lowri Harries and back-rower Jamie Kift returns in place of Vicky Owens.

Prosser, Harries and Owens drop to the bench while Awen Thomas and Rachel Taylor, who has not featured since the World Cup, are among the replacements.
