Kevin-Prince Boateng has been praised by head coach Missimiliano Allegri
AC Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri has described Ghana midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng as ‘match winner’ after he came off the bench to score Milan’s 3-0 win over Napoli on Monday night.
Boateng replaced Brazilian Robinho on 63 minutes and he made an impact firing past De Sanctis to double the their advantage in the 77th minute.
And the Italian tactician says Boateng’s impact was immense,
“Boateng is the kind of player who can break a game open when he comes on, just like Robinho did against Parma when he came on and as Pato did last Sunday.”
He also expressed his delight for the Genoa loanee’s return from injury to fortify his midfield.
“I’m happy with the win but also because my injured players are coming back to full fitness. Some important elements are returning.”
