All three missed Arsenal’s 1-0 win over Stoke on Wednesday, as Van Persie was suffering with a hamstring injury, while centre back Koscielny had a back problem.
Diaby, meanwhile, was still recovering from a calf injury, but Wenger revealed he will have the trio back in his squad for the short trip to Wembley Stadium.
“All the three will be available,” Wenger told the club’s official website. “That’s the good news. And everybody else is all right from the Stoke game too.”
The news will be a welcome boost for Arsenal fans, after Wenger ruled Cesc Fabregas out of the clash with Birmingham with a minor injury.
Theo Walcott will also miss the final after spraining his ankle following an awkward landing on Wednesday against Stoke.
