Nigerian Taekwondo athletes who left the country for South Korea last week for training are expected back on January 6 next year ahead of the Olympics qualifier billed for January 11 to 12 in Cairo, Egypt.
Saturday Vanguard Sports gathered that the athletes are expected to depart for Cairo a day after arrival. According to a close source in the federation, the athletes will, on arrival, have a 24-hours rest before commencing training in the city of Pyramid to enable them acclimatise.
