Bayern Munich striker Ivica Olic has revealed that he would consider a move to Wolfsburg in January, after reiterating that he is keen to leave the Allianz Arena in search of first-team football.
Olic, 32, has fallen out of favour under Bavarians coach Jupp Heynckes this season and has repeatedly stated in recent weeks that he is ready to look for regular game time elsewhere.
“That is an option,” Olic told Kicker when asked about the possibility of a move to 2009 Bundesliga champions Wolfsburg.
“I am not happy, these are hard days. I am not a young player any more.
“I have another two or three years where I want to play. I have to use this time. What will happen in the winter, I am not sure. But if it continues like it is, then I will be gone in the summer at the latest.”
The Croatian arrived at the club from Hamburg in 2009 and was Bayern’s top scorer in the Champions League when they reached the final in 2010.
