It is going from bad to worse for Roma as Luis Enrique is being presented with more defensive problems ahead of the match against Juventus.
The Spanish tactician has already been dealt a blow as he will be without Juan, Fernando Gago and Bojan Krkic following their dismissals against Fiorentina last weekend.
But it has only got worse as there are barely any centre-backs available to Enrique due to Nicholas Burdisso sidelined until next season, and Simon Kjaer out until the New Year.
It has since been revealed that the only option available to the coach is to partner Gabriel Heinze with fullback Marco Cassetti.Â
However, Cassetti is reportedly struggling with an ankle problem and could be in doubt for the match too.
This may have to force Enrique to place midfielder Daniele De Rossi in the centre while calling up several players from the youth sector.
