Cabinda — The goalkeeper Carlos Fernandes stated that he will do everything if he is chosen to defend the national team’s goal, aiming for a dignifying representation of Angola in the African Nations Championship (CAN2012), happening from January 21 to February 12, in Gabon and Equatorial-Guinea.
The guarantee was given in last Thursday’s training session, in the city of Cabinda, where the Sable Antelopes have been carrying out a training programme since December 4.
The goalkeeper praised the working conditions in Cabinda, considering them significant and proper for top level competition.
Besides Carlos, other players like Wilson, Hugo and Neblu are competing for the same post, the last under service of the Under 20 team, who are competing at Cosafa Cup, happening in Gaberone (Botswana).
Angola are in the final of Cosafa Cup.
