A man was jailed for 20 years by the KwaMhlanga Magistrate’s Court on Thursday, December 08, 2011 for raping a girl, Mpumalanga police said.
Jacob Ntuli, 28, was arrested in July 2006, a day after he raped the girl who was 11-years-old at that time, Sergeant Nonhlanhla Kgosana said.
Ntuli lured three girls from the street into his home with the promise of buying them sweets, she said.
