Chart-topping UK rapper, Chipmunk has announced that he will be rocking Ghana this December.
The Tottenham grime star will perform alongside local music acts such as VIP, Tiffany, Kwaw Kese, D-Black, Stay Jay, R2Bees, 4×4, Castro, Buk Bak, on Tuesday, December 27, starting at 8pm at The Dome, Accra International Conference Center.
The in demand MC has recently recorded with Sarkodie and its expected that the two rappers perfom it first time on stage.
Chipmunk, aka Jahmaal Noel Fyffe, is one of a string of grime MCs making waves at an age when most of their peers are still trying to make sense of their algebra homework. At a very young age he has 2 promo CDs and three mixtapes before he turned 18th years.
Another artiste billed for the show is UK’s Fuse ODG. Fuse ODG started off by promoting his audio on Twittter and video on YouTube. His Azonto song is off the hook which is danced by everyone any time its been played. Azonto songs will definetly be rocking Ghana Rocks this year.
Tickets for this year’s Ghana Rocks concert are 50GHC and 100GHC and is available at Charter House Office and X-Men.
Chipmunk has written as songs such as ‘Champion’, ‘Every Gyal’, ‘Take Off’, ‘Until Off’, ‘Until U Were Gone’ and ‘Oops Daisy’ which lots of Ghanaian are familiar.
