The Corporate Responsibility Forum-Liberia (CR Forum-Liberia), in collaboration with the Liberia National Investment Commission (NIC), German International Cooperation (GIZ) and the Global Fund with support from UNDP last Friday ended a one-day seminar on partnership in local supply chains, at a local hotel in Monrovia. The CR Forum-Liberia’s seminar was a part of the corporate body’s ongoing capacity building for better business project series initiated in the country by the group early this year, to help improve the business climate in Liberia.
The seminar among other things addressed issues including partnership with private sector, inclusive value chain and business linkages in developing nations, and the state of business linkages in Liberia.
Lecturers at the daylong seminar which was held under the theme: “Partnerships In Local Supply Chains Development,” were drawn from UNDP, Global Fund, NIC, Total-Liberia among others.
