Job Description
Report To: The General Services Manager
Primary Task:
- Plan, direct, and supervise cooking activities of multiple kitchens
- Estimates food needs and manage inventory to assure that adequate supplies are available.
- Maintain accurate records of food prepared and served and supplies used.
Required Skills or Experience
- Minimum requirement of a Diploma in Catering /Hotel Management
- 5 years experience in a capacity as a Chef
- Must be computer literate
- Must possess excellent stock management skills.
