Chelsea have lost out to Paris St Germain in the pursuit of Argentine midfielder Javier Pastore.
Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini says his club has sold the player to PSG for £37.5m.
The move has yet to be 100 percent confirmed by either side, but Zamparini told Radio Radio on Saturday: “We] closed the deal last night (Friday) around midnight.
“Basically it’s the official transfer of Pastore to Paris St Germain based on a 43m Euros fee.”
