J Holiday out, Shontelle in

When we all thought it was going on well for 233 Connect, organizers of the J Holiday & Mario concert, had to make a quick decision to take out J Holiday and bring in Shontelle.

J Holiday has been blessed with a child and couldn’t possibly leave the states and come to Ghana but 233 Connect thought it wise to spice the show up with Shontelle.

Shontelle Layne was born on October 4, 1983, in Barbados to Raymond and Beverley Layne and is the oldest of three sisters.

Shontelle has collaborated with Bruno Mars, Tony Kanal and Darkchild among others for her ‘No Gravity’ album. In the first week of release, ‘No Gravity’ placed at number 81 on the Billboard 200, selling 7,000 copies.

Her third single, ‘Say Hello to Goodbye’ on the her current album which was released on radio on March 15 is doing well.

233 Connect released a press today that D-Cryme has been added to Atumpan, Stay Jay, R2Bees, CHASE, Raquel, Capo Snoop, Tiffany, KAS and the headline act – Mario.

Don’t forget that the show is still coming on at the Accra International Conference Centre, The Dome at 8pm.
