The US government has donated 400 million shillings for the drought stricken refugees at the Daadab camp following an appeal by the united Nations High commissioner for refugees.
The funds will be used to feed thousands of refugees at the Daadab refugee camp. UNHCR has appealed for 136.3 million dollars to help prevent the humanitarian catastrophe from worsening.
