Benguela — The book entitled “Gravidez de um por-do-sol”, written by João Hotalala Lara, was launched last Wednesday, in Benguela, with the promotion of the Kat-Colégio Undertaking and Consulting firm.
The 51-page book contains 37 poems and is being sold at the price of 1000 kwanzas.
The literary work aims to encourage young people to have hope and vision for academic success, as well as recognise women and overcome the problems afflicting society.
The 24-year old author, who is inspired by the writers Jofre Rocha and John Bellas, was born in the province of Huila and studies veterinary medicine at the public José Eduardo dos Santos University, in Huambo Province.
