Abeiku Quansah has been unveiled by Arsenal Kyiv

Ukrainian side Arsenal Kyiv have officially presented Ghana youth winger Abeiku Quansah to the club’s fans paving way for his debut this weekend.

The 20-year-old signed a three-year deal and was presented to the club faithful on the training ground on Thursday.

The 2009 World Youth Championship gold medalist will wear jersey No. 18 for the Gunners.

He could be handed his debut at home against Illitchivets Mariupol in the second week of the Premier Liga.

Kiev coach Leonid Kuchuk believes Quansah is the world’s best young winger.

“Forming a team and picking up players for the team, we give preference to players and the national youth teams, based on the task set before this season-getting into the Europa League. Quansah is the best young winger in the world,” he told the club’s website.

Quansah joined the capital club from French Ligue 1 side Nice where he made nine appearances in three seasons.

He joins compatriots Samuel Inkoom, Daniel Addo and Derek Boateng in the Ukrainian top flight.
