The Federation of Uganda Football Association (FUFA) has named another committee to license clubs and other match officials as per the international soccer federation directive.

The licensing committee is chaired by Bernard Bainemani. Moses Magogo is the secretary. The committee will be charged with licensing clubs that meet the federation criteria.

The criteria demands that clubs must have training and competition venues, at least two age group teams with contracts for their technical staff, a fully-fledged academy and a legal status that will have an incorporation certificate club code of conduct among others.

The club must also have contract for technical and playing staff and who should have undergone a medical examination not more than three weeks before the presentation is done on top of a scouting and fan’s plan.
