Makadara MP Gidion Mbuvi yesterday told Narc Kenya leader Martha Karua that he will oppose her for the party’s presidential ticket in 2012. Karua has declared she will vie for the presidency on a Narc-K ticket next year. Addressing journalists at parliament buildings, Sonko said he was still a loyal member of Narc Kenya.

He, however, warned that he was not afraid of Karua and threatened to mastermind a youth revolution at the next general election if Narc Kenya blocked him from running on its ticket. “If they block me from running against Karua, I will run on another party called Unga Revolution,” Mbuvi said.

Mbuvi and Juja MP William Kabogo have received warning from Narc-K regarding their conduct on party matters. Mbuvi said Karua campaigned for Khalwale in Kakamega and should be fair. The MPr who wore artificial dreads was barred from addressing the press at the Continental House by parliamentary orderlies.
