First Phase of University Campus Ready By September

Benguela — The first phase of the university campus of Benguela located in the village of Catumbela, Benguela, assigned to Katiavala Bwila University will be concluded next September.

According to a communiqué distributed to press, the University Campus will be a unit that will gather valences and specialties inspired by the needs of academic university education in the region II, which includes the provinces of Benguela and Kwanza Sul.

In the first phase there will be available three buildings, a chapel and a boarding school, while the second will cover an area of cattle breeding.

For the record of the progress of works is scheduled for today a visit by a delegation headed by the headmaster, Albano Ferreira, and integrated by the Secretary-General of Katiavala University, the dean of the Polytechnic, the Directors of Public Works, Geographic and Cadastral Institute of Angola, MINARS and administrators of Lobito and Catumbela.
