Five Bulgarians were at the weekend arrested and 19 fake ATM cards found on them in a police operation targeting fraudsters.
The five were arrested from a bar in Westlands moments after they had withdrawn thousands of shillings from ATM in the city.
Police say the men have been behind a scheme to defraud incidents in the city.
Cases of fraud targeting ATMs have been on the rise.
