Luanda — The Protocol Personalities Protection Command (CPIP), commissioner Victor Inaculo, on Thursday in Luanda said that the technical and professional upgrading of the effectives will continue to get special attention from the corporation, aiming for an efficient fulfilment of the missions.
The top police officer was speaking at the main ceremony of celebration of the CPIP’s 18th anniversary, which took place under the motto “CPIP, 18 years in the protection and personal security of top entities, let us reinforce the levels of discipline, readiness and loyalty”.
He explained that all the attention of this organ has always been and will always be focussed on man, providing him technical and professional knowledge, so that he can be better prepared to respond to any situation.
He also revealed that in the ambit of the continuous instruction n and training of the effectives, in light of the co-operation with Cuba, several courses have been organised in different police specialities, which so far benefited 1,236 police officers, who attended the courses in the country and abroad.
The CPIP was created 18 years ago through the decree number 113/93 of 30 June 1993.
