Ondjiva — The director of Culture in southern Cunene province, Celestino Vicente, urged on Thursday in Ondjiva district the theatre, dance and music groups to register in the local culture department, so as to benefit from the supports by the governmental programmes, aimed for the artistic development in the region.
Speaking to ANGOP, the source said that groups should be legalised in order to facilitate their locations.
