    The 25-year-old has been under the tutelage of coach Arsene Wenger for the past eight years, but with his contract due to expire next summer he is expected to leave.

    There has been intense speculation regarding his future in north London, as he has attracted a plethora of suitors, including the likes of Juventus, Liverpool and Inter.

    La Provence has claimed that the Parisian outfit will make an offer in the region of €12-15 million (£10.7-13.4m) for his services, and have promised to give the full-back a considerable pay rise from his current deal at the Emirates.

    PSG were recently bought out by Qatar’s sovereign wealth fund, who acquired 70 per cent of the club’s shares and have vowed to significantly invest in the squad.
