Dean to Morocco Honours Ambassadors

25 June 2011 MOZAMBICAN Minister of Transport and Communications Paulo Zucula has slammed illegal sanctions imposed on Zimbabwe, arguing the embargo was affecting the implementation of agreed development programmes between the two countries. Minister Zucula said this in an address to the 10th session of the Zimbabwe/Mozam-bique Joint Permanent Commission on Thursday.

Rabat — The Angolan ambassador to Morocco, Luís de Almeida, who is the dean of the diplomatic body in that country, promoted on Wednesday in Rabat city a gala to pay homage to the outgoing ambassadors of Romania and Hungary in this African state.

During the ceremony held on the premises of the Angolan embassy souvenirs were handed over to the two outgoing ambassadors to Kingdom of Morocco, whose countries are member countries of the European Union (EU).

The ambassadors’ names are Vasile Popovici from Republic of Romania and Lazlo Pap from Hungary Luís de Almeida.
