If you have a child under the age of five, you are advised to take them for vaccination against pneumonia especially during this cold season.
Head of the division of TB, leprosy and lung disease Joseph Sitienei says parents whose children are yet to receive the anti-pneumonia jab should ensure they do so. The pneumonia vaccine is free at all public health institutions.
