Eldoret, the fifth largest town in Kenya and home of our world record holders athletes, recently unveiled its plans for the country’s newest golf resort Sergoit.The resort will be located in Sergoit a hill three kilometers outside Eldoret town and will also double up as a wildlife resort. The word Sergoit means “lucky” in Kalenjin and a few lucky investors were invited to the Crowne Plaza in Nairobi on Thursday evening to see the plans for the new development.
The new development was received with much enthusiasm with the guest of honour Tourism minister Najib Balala very positive about the projct. Award winning gospel singer Emmy Kosgey was the guest performer.
