Treasury has downplayed reports that some donors are demanding a refund of funds they contributed to the free primary education kitty following revelations of massive corruption at the education ministry. Finance Minister Uhuru Kenyatta says the government will handle the issue and is addressing the concerns raised by donors. Uhuru however admits they are facing serious challenges with some development partners over the utilization of donor funds.
