The midfielder moved to Anfield for an undisclosed fee thought to be around £20 million after a breakthrough season which saw him make his England debut. And Kelly, who is only a few months older than Henderson and played with him for the England under-19 side, is looking forward to working alongside the new signing next season.

Turkish side Besiktas have confirmed the loan signing of Manchester United striker Bebe for a fee of £876,000.

Neither side have so far made an announcement on the matter, but the website of the Turkish stock market reads that an agreement has been reached between the two clubs for the transfer of the 20-year-old.

Bebe, an Under-21 international for Portugal, was surprisingly signed by Manchester United last summer, just days after Vitoria de Guimaraes had brought him in from Estrela da Amadora for nothing.

The player had very few chances to shine in his first season at Old Trafford as he spent most of his time in the reserve squad.

It is still unknown whether the Turkish side have secured a buying option for the player.

Bebe has now become the fourth Portuguese player at Besiktas, following in the footsteps of Ricardo Quaresma, Hugo Almeida and Simao Sabrosa.
