Luanda — The Angolan National Assembly has approved 25 laws and 16 resolutions during the III legislative session of the II Legislature with the purpose to boost the functioning dynamic of the political, economic and social sectors of the country.
This information comes in the report on the functioning of the parliament during the previous legislative period, ended Wednesday, released by the first table secretary of the National Assembly, Samuel Daniel.
Among the diplomas, emphasis goes to the laws of the Changing to Juridical Regime of Notary, Civil Code, General Tax Regime, Simplified Regime of Fiscal Execution, about Electronic Communication and Services of the Information Society and administrative
Transgressions.
These documents aim at providing more competitively the national economy, low cost of social housing, consolidating states authority concerning fiscal and taxation issues, more celerity between the administration and the citizens and punishment of cybernetic crimes.
