The community magistrate in Adi-Quala town is providing commendable service as regards administration of justice, ERINA correspondent from the area reported.
Members of the public said that the institutions of justice available in the town, especially community magistrate are playing major role in relieving the public from unnecessary wastage of time, money and energy through settling dispute through reconciliation.
Judges in the community magistrate said on their part that out of 64 criminal and civil cases, 50 have been settled through reconciliation and 14 by verdict. In this connection, they emphasized the importance of community magistrate in avoiding work load and preventing unwanted expenses.
