Luanda — The ruling MPLA party’s politburo analysed Friday, among other issues, the domestic violence and the composition of the standing commission of National Assembly, on party’s representation, during its 4th ordinary meeting presided over by the Angolan head of State José Eduardo dos Santos.
The information is expressed in a press note released by the organ, which says that the referred issues had been recommended for approval at National Assembly.
According to the document, the politburo analysed and approved the assessment report of National Preparatory Commission of the 4th Extraordinary Congress of the party, Analytics Structure of the governance programme of MPLA for 2012-2017 period, and the guideline
for commemoration of 55th anniversary of the party’s foundation.
It approved a set of regulations related to the organisation and functioning of Discipline and Audit Commission of Central Committee, as well as discussed relevant matters for preparation of MPLA for electoral process of 2012.
In its 3rd ordinary meeting, held last April, MPLA politburo discussed the memorandum on sustainability of domestic and Public indebtedness for 2011, as well as the memorandum on the project of social programme of Direct Transfer of Financial Resources for population under extreme poverty situation.
