CFAO, in collaboration with Yamaha, on 24th and 27th May 2011, organised training for 50 users of Yamaha motor cycles DT 125, at the MRC campus in Fajara. The training was held in two modules, theory and practical, and it covered all aspects of motor cycle riding.
An instructor called Eddy Gyselinck came from Yamaha to conduct the training, which saw the certification of almost all the 50 participants in the two-day exercise.
Speaking to the Daily Observer, the local organizer of the event in The Gambia, who also doubles as the Tecmat manager of CFAO Gambia Ltd, Mustapha Njie, said the exercise was organised for the first time but it would be extended to all their major customers in the near future.
Some of the participants who also shared their views with the Daily Observer expressed delight at the training and thanked CFAO and Yamaha for the initiative.
