The approval of documents is part of the preventive inspection process developed by a team of the Audit Court, which aimed at analysing the legality and regularity of nomination acts of the processes in different sectors of the public service such as health, education and others.
In education, about 731 files were approved, while in the health sector, 319 files were confirmed.
In this procedure of applications assessment, 70 of them were refused and 69 returned due to the lack of appropriate documentation, forms badly filled, false school certificates and lack of criminal records in some files.
