8 June 2011 Luanda — The National Assembly (Angolan Parliament) speaker, António Paulo Kassoma, left Luanda Wednesday afternoon for southern Huíla province to attend the 29th Plenary Assembly of the Southern Africa Development Community (SADC) Parliamentary Forum whose preparation works started on Monday. The SADC Parliamentary Forum was established on September 8, 1997, during the Summit of SADC Heads of State and Government, held in Windhoek, Namibia. The meeting is being attended by SADC countries' MPs to discuss parliamentary cooperation.

Luanda — The sociologist Sebastião Pascoal considered on Tuesday in Luanda as indispensable the intervention of family in the couple’s relationship and defended that domestic violence does not resolve any problems.

Sebastião Pascoal said so to Angop in the ambit of the growth of the domestic violence in the country.

The expert said that the physical offence still occur in the Angolan society as the means of resolving some cases.
