Luanda — A series of talks around the preposition for the implementation of professional license of artists in the provinces of Luanda, Huambo, Benguela, Cabinda and Kwanza Sul, will start Friday, said the Angolan Union of Artists and Composers (UNAC).
According to the secretary general of UNAC, Belmiro Carlos, in addition to the artists, the clarification meeting to take place in Luanda will also gather cultural agents and individuals linked to hotel units and entertainment firms.
“The introduction of professional licence will includes duties, rules and fines covering the people and companies that cooperate with artists, that is the reason why we count on the presence of all involved in the world of the arts”, stressed UNAC official.
