Galk’yo — At least five people were killed and more ten hurt on Wednesday morning safter men armed assault rifles attacked fired a group of people at a little bar in Galka’yo town in Mudug region in central Somalia, witnesses said.
The attack comes one day after gunmen have opened fire on passenger bus killing at least 9 persons in central Somalia.
The assailants, who committed the mass murder on Wednesday morning, were traveling with pick-up.
Witnesses said the attack was an apparent revenge and it was clan related grudges.
Separately, Puntland attorney has been killed by men armed with pistols on Tuesday s night.
The attackers have escaped from the spot as soon as shootout took place.
