Norwich City‘s new signing Steve Morison revealed he was ‘over the moon’ after completing his transfer from Millwall to the newly-promoted Premier League club.
The Wales international made the switch to Carrow Road for an undisclosed fee and has signed a three-year contract which will see him play Premier League football only two years after playing for non-league outfit Stevenage Borough.
“It’s fantastic, I’m over the moon,” he told Canaries Player. “I’m really looking forward to it and it’ll be good to get my head down and concentrate on the job ahead.
“I’m really looking forward to it and being part of the team. Hopefully I’ll get a chance to score some goals in the Premier League.
“You can’t really describe just how much people are looking forward to it; I think it’ll all sink in after doing a few interviews and after the first few games.”
Morison is the second striker that manager Paul Lambert has signed this summer, after James Vaughan sealed a move from Everton.
