The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) have denied that they have agreed terms of Guus Hiddink‘s departure to Chelsea, and insist that the experienced Dutchman is still their coach.

Hiddink is believed to be the number one choice of Blues owner Roman Abramovich to replace Carlo Ancelotti, who was unceremoniously fired following the end of a trophyless season.

And whilst reports today suggested the TFF were resigned to losing their manager, spokesman Turker Tozar insists nothing is happening yet.

“There is nothing official happening because both parties are away,” TFF spokesman Turker Tozar said.

“Mr Hiddink is on holiday now and the president is on holiday for a week as well. Nothing can happen at the moment.

“Mr Hiddink is still our manager and he has a contract until 2012.”
