Lubango — Fourteen runners with Interclube that are attending a training period in Southern Huila Province, intend to win the 12th edition of Angola Cup in Athletics, on June 18-19, in Luanda, as well as to improve their records, Angop has learnt.
The intention was expressed on Friday by the team’s coach, Augusto Diogo Sako, who added that this aspect has been shown during the training period.
The preparation has been taking place in Palanca Commune, Municipality of Humpata, and focus on resistance and speedy, in two to five series.
He said that with these trainings Interclube may win the Angolan Cup for the second run time in ladies and for the first time in male categories.
