Elias Mbao 4 June 2011 Lusaka — An emissary of ousted Madagascar leader Marc Ravalomanana has conveyed the ex-ruler's commitment to abide by the outcome of Sunday's SADC talks meant to unlock the political crisis in the Indian Ocean island.

Luanda — Products made up of maze meal, cooking oil, spaghetti, rice and sugar were handed over this Saturday to Magone Children Centre, Sambizanga district, by Luanda vice governor, Juvelina Imperial.

According to the vice governor, the donation is part of the children activities, aimed at minimizing some difficulties that the centre of the Roman Catholic Church is facing and encourage the work of preachers and other Christians in preserving children rights.

The government official guaranteed the re-qualification and equipping of the centre with more beds, desks, school materials, to accommodate the children at the shelter home.

Juvelina Imperial informed that there will be increased awareness actions in parents that expelled their children away from homes under accusation of witchcraft, to reintegrate them in their families.

Magone Children Centre was founded in 2001 and controls 50 children aged six and 16 years, among them 23 are interned.
